The Shashlik menu is a fusion of Bangladeshi and Indian cuisine created in house by our team of experienced chefs trained both in the UK and in Bangladesh and India. The head chef has over 15 years? experience and the Tandoori chef boasts 18 year?s experience and he?s still only 36!

At Shashlik, everything is freshly cooked with authentic spices and ingredients. Names like Jaflong conjure up images of that beautiful area in Bangladesh and the citrus type of fruit specific to that area that flavours Jaflong dishes, giving them a distinct slightly sour and very spicy flavour. Once our customers have ordered, they can sit back and relax while our chefs prepare their chosen dishes or for those who wish to see the secrets to how we prepare such tasty dishes, why not watch through our large picture window into the kitchen.

Shashlik doesn?t sell or serve alcohol but is happy for you to bring your own - and we don?t charge a corkage fee. Conveniently, there?s an off-licence just across the road from Shashlik
